Delivery time
We normally shipped the merchandises by EMS (Express Mail Service) because we consider EMS is the best way for sensitive goods. We can give our customer 100% guarantee for our packages to go through costumes of destination country states. Shipment will be made within 3 business days after the successful payment. You will be informed of the tracking number once the item you ordered is shipped out. As for European countries, the delivery will take 2 to 4 weeks. In most cases (90%) the delivery time is 2 weeks. If we could not effect the shipment within 3 business days for some objective reasons, our staff of customer service will inform you in advance.
Custom Clearance
You should pay import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You may take the additional charges for customs clearance which can't be controlled by us and predicted what they may be. Thus in no event shall rep1ica.com be liable for any consequences of Custom Clearance in your country, including but not limited to import duties and seizure. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from rep1ica.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you receive the goods. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Lost Package Policy
We regard the package as Lost if it did not arrive in 8 weeks after the shipping date and all attempts to track this package failed. Under such condition, a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we can give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded

Due to high Internet Frauds, we do not deliver to the following Countries: Ukraine, Indonesia, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Nigeria.
